Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain. You will utilize our state-of-the-art Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory tracking and efficient order fulfillment. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, locate, and setup merchandise.
- Use handheld scanners and WMS software to pick, pack, and label orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe (OSHA compliance).
- Collaborate with logistics coordinators to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
