Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to support our operations during the night shift. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels, maintaining a safe work environment, and meeting daily production targets.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Package and label products for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding inventory discrepancies or workflow needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a climate-controlled environment.
