Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and boxes efficiently and safely.
- Sort, package, and prepare products for shipping and distribution.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certified candidates preferred).
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform basic data entry and inventory checks as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
