Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all orders are accurate and properly labeled.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of inventory accuracy.
- Organize the warehouse floor to ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (for outdoor dock work).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
