Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and maintain organized warehouse shelves.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Operational Support: Assist in packaging orders for shipment and ensuring timely delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic routine checks on warehouse equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
