Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move stock and materials within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock levels match our records, maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed to meet daily production targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately to supervisors.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse floor, aisles, and workstations organized and free of hazards to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training for qualified candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
