Responsibilities
- Efficiently organize, scan, and track inventory in our automated warehouse system
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using handheld scanners
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
