Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select and pack merchandise to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and manual techniques.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Forklift Certification: (Preferred but not required as training is available).
