Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 overnight team members during peak operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day shift handovers
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Complete daily production reports and performance metrics
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with management to optimize night shift processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Fluent English/Spanish bilingualism highly desirable
