Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily weekend operations across 3-5 team members
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional service
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Generate end-of-shift reports and performance metrics
- Train new weekend staff on operational procedures
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or retail
- Availability to work every Saturday & Sunday (5am-1pm)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Spanish bilingual preferred
