- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and reports for operational metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., Oracle WMS, SAP)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Forklift certification required
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
