Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of scalable cloud-native applications using AWS and microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning sessions

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing infrastructure

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- Ability to work onsite in Tampa 3 days/week (flexible schedule available)
- Active clearance or ability to obtain government security clearance preferred
