Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, system errors, and user access problems
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and workstations
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Maintain security protocols and system backups
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
