Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care in ICU/ER settings with rapid assessment skills
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor and interpret patient telemetry/vital signs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during emergencies
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active NM RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 5+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years ICU or ER experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (TNCC preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
