Responsibilities
- Provide rapid assessment and intervention for trauma patients in Level I trauma center
- Administer emergency medications and life-saving treatments per protocols
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during critical incidents
- Maintain accurate electronic health records in Epic EMR system
- Educate patients and families on emergency care procedures
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to mass casualty events with trauma team leadership
Qualifications
- Current NV RN license with unrestricted status
- Minimum 2 years ED or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required
- Expertise in rapid assessment and trauma protocols
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Epic EMR proficiency preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
- Availability to start within 10-14 days
