Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in long-term and acute care settings
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per protocols
- Document patient assessments and treatment plans accurately
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications
- Active Minnesota LPN license required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility for last-minute shift coverage
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
