Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ employees across multiple office locations
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 workstations and server infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 environments
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on incident response protocols
- Lead hardware/software refresh projects and vendor management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification (required)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and network diagnostics
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional site visits
