Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and treatment pathways across departments
- Liaise between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare coordination experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMA) preferred
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance regulations
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
