Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, discrepancies, and quality assurance.
- Prepare pallets for shipping using stretch wrap, banding, and shrink wrap.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management System) to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday (Rotating shifts between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
