The Role
You will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. We value safety and accuracy above all else.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on speed and precision.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy materials within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
