Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently using industrial equipment.
- Sort, scan, and verify incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist in inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
