Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing freight with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory management audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical warehouse setting.
