Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using industrial equipment.
- Manage inventory levels and organize stock in the warehouse system.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and pallet jacks as required.
- Package and prepare items for shipment with high accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification (training provided upon hiring).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be available for full-time shifts.
