Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing cases.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the weekend support experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or logistics support.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
