Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking, packing, and shipping processes for weekend operations
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards in all warehouse activities
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support facility cleanliness and organization through daily maintenance routines
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
