Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations during night shift, ensuring 99.9% order accuracy
- Manage 15+ team members, scheduling and performance optimization
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance documentation
- Coordinate inventory management using WMS systems (SAP/JDA)
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator license
- Proficiency in WMS software and inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM with weekend rotations
