Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a temperature-controlled environment
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as scheduled
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
