Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving
- Lead and motivate weekend staff, providing clear direction and performance feedback
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for operational continuity and handovers
- Monitor productivity metrics and implement process improvements
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and maintain accurate shift documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible availability
