Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound inventory to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to log stock movements and track shipments.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Perform physical labor tasks, including lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory counting.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but we provide training.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
