Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Prepare packages for shipment using proper packaging materials and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and package weighing.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
