Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 weekend staff members
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless operational transitions
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements
- Resolve escalated customer and operational issues promptly
- Prepare weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Indiana driver's license required
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and occasional weekdays
- OSHA certification preferred but not required
