Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including staffing, inventory management, and workflow optimization
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all shift activities
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers and process continuity
- Train and mentor weekend staff on equipment operation and company procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Conduct quality checks and ensure accurate documentation of all activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-pressure weekend operations
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability (Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm)
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
