Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care setting
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for continuity of care
- Respond to emergency situations with critical thinking
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control
- Participate in weekend shift huddles and handovers
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- 2+ years acute care experience
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekends
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
- Spanish language skills preferred (not required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
