Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (12-hour shifts)
- Accurately document patient records using EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless care delivery
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and patient needs
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols
- Assist in patient admissions and discharge procedures
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Current New Mexico nursing license (RN/LPN/CNA)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required
- ACLS/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Background check and drug screen required
