Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems and client inquiries.
- Monitor system performance and address critical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Manage and prioritize incoming tickets and support requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or IT support.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
