Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including medication administration and vital sign monitoring
- Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility support
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability for every Saturday and Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Strong communication skills and empathy-driven approach
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation systems
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Must pass background check and drug screening
