Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, empathetic support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during peak weekend hours.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve overall service quality.
- Escalate unresolved technical or billing issues to senior management in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during all shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and tone.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
