Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently during weekend hours.
- Process shipping and receiving data with high accuracy using internal tracking systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve bottlenecks.
- Perform quality control checks on inventory records and documentation to prevent errors.
- Provide exceptional support to both internal team members and external clients via phone and email.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures during shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or logistics operations.
- MUST be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong computer literacy and fast data entry skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
