Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on-site.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets during weekend shifts.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Perform routine system maintenance and inventory checks.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace for all staff and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; IT certification (A+, Network+) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and common office software.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Reliable transportation to the Las Vegas office.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and printer management.
- Must be available for immediate start.
