Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, functional code.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for front-end engineering.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve bugs efficiently to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
