Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Lead development of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to engineering best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python/Go
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor development teams
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and serverless technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
