- Provide exceptional guest service in high-volume weekend operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols
- Assist with event setup and guest reception as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Proficiency with booking software and POS systems
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (for errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- French language skills a plus
