Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests at check-in/check-out
- Process reservations and manage room assignments efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
- Operate property management systems accurately
- Uphold resort standards for safety and cleanliness
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency

- Must pass background check and drug screening
