Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Manage inventory by scanning items, checking quantities, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Pack and label products for shipment, ensuring proper handling of fragile items.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to the San Diego facility.
