Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking and packing of customer orders to ensure 99% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and compliantly.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, managing freight transfer with minimal damage.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Handle customer returns and perform basic quality control inspections.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for urgent roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
