Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Packaging & Shipping: Properly pack, label, and prepare products for delivery to ensure damage-free transit.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with floor supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to maintain a consistent attendance record.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the Milwaukee facility.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
