Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to daily schedules.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving incoming stock, verifying quantities, and logging data into the inventory system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move materials.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads to resolve bottlenecks and meet hourly targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a full-time basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on warehouse floors.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Basic Math: Comfort with basic arithmetic for inventory counting and order accuracy.
