Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts/pallet jacks)
- Maintain inventory records in WMS system
- Collaborate with team to meet daily targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols
- Assist with cycle counts and audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude & team player mindset
