Responsibilities
- Provide immediate technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineering teams to escalate and resolve difficult cases efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and patience.
- Conduct training sessions for junior staff and update knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- Ability to start immediately (Must be available to work within 2 weeks of application).
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
