Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of distributed cloud systems using AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and drive technical innovation
- Ensure security best practices across all production systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure
- Strong background in microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
